Status: Documentation and tendering stages completed.

Glen Petersen Architect were appointed to prepare the design and documentation for this premiere Mixed-Use Development, that would set itself apart as one of Papua New Guinea’s highest quality commercial and residential development.

The proposal is a 17 storey complex that accommodates:

• Two levels of commercial, retail and restaurant tenancies.
• Three levels of secure vehicle parking
• 4 levels of commercial office space
• 6 levels of apartments (36 apartments total)

The quality of building services afforded are of international standard including solar evacuated hot water system, UPS coverage throughout and data fully reticulated throughout each floor.
