Designed with entertaining in mind this 2-storey residence boasts large open living areas that flow seamlessly outdoors to South East facing external living areas that capture coastal breezes and extensive panoramic ocean views.

The aesthetic concepts looks to break up the scale of the building by creating pavilion-like roof forms. Utilising the natural slope of the site the house presents a single storey building from street level but its expansiveness is felt when moving around the side and rear of the building to accept its full presence.
