Old Ferry Road Residence
This well-appointed residence located in Banora Point, Northern NSW is the result of extensive renovations to the existing home on the site. The main design drivers of the project are to take advantage of views to the Tweed River and beyond and to provide ample space for the young growing family.
The design process was in depth and looked to provide flexibility of the spaces to be changed as the family grew and the children became older. While this was designed for the family there was also a luxury to be afforded to the clients with the master bedroom boasting a spa looking out over the pool to the river beyond.
