This premiere Luxury apartment building in the heart of Tweed Heads is designed for active over 50’s to experience community living in a contemporary and well-appointed setting. The 9 boutique apartments are generously appointed and allow for completely open and integrated spaces.

The main driver for the building design was the ambition to create something unique that sets itself apart. Designing an apartment building on a triangular shaped site meant that design needed to be approached differently. Through this exploration, the concept of a modern Australian ‘Hampton’s style’ was adopted. Through this design typology, architectural language of residential scale buildings was integrated into the design which helps to reduce the scale and encourage more of a feeling of ‘Home’ for each of the occupants.
