Davara Badina Apartments

Glen Petersen Architect in conjunction with Peddle Thorp PNG  was commissioned to undertake Architectural Design and Documentation of this mix-use apartment building and Commercial office complex. This project presented the opportunity to effectively integrate commercial space with private high-end residential living. Thus, aesthetic balance across the two distinct buildings was key. Utilizing accents of an intricate tribal pattern throughout both building’s’ façades, allowed for a harmonious and congruent visual appeal.

Internally, the unit design called for maximization of the site’s premier vistas. Along with the rooftop recreation space, the luxury of the bays view was a priority to the layout and composition.
