Glen Petersen Architect in conjunction with Peddle Thorp Architect PNG were commissioned to undertake full design and oversee the construction of the new Operation Centre at Waigani for BSP. The project aligned with a national objective of the bank to house all staff in a fresh new corporate space to assist in fostering a collaborative working environment. Snowflake style workstations accommodate all staff with designated hot desk zones for floating staff. Two large staff breakout and tearooms are located on each floor. A staff cafeteria is located on the ground floor for ease of access to refreshments and meals.
